You’ve got a million things on your to do list and your health is the last thing on your mind. You want to take time for yourself, but you feel guilty, you’ve got the kids, and you don’t have a sitter.  No worries! We are a family-oriented practice located in Waukee, IA. All are welcome here. De-stress for a few minutes and let them play in their own special kids corner while you get your adjustment!
